Proteus Kerman Service Center recently was feature in the Stories of Hope: Focus Forward Magazine and was recognized during their Annual Launch Party. The article in the magazine highlights Joshua Gragnani who was a former customer under Case Manager, Jo Ann Harris. With her guidance Joshua was able to successfully navigate through the truck driving program. He not only completed the program but went on to establish his own business.
The story doesn't end there. Joshua, now a successful entrepreneur, came back to Proteus seeking Jo Ann’s assistance in further workforce development initiatives. The return of this former customer to help and pay it forward to others customers echoes the profound impact on fostering a community of support and empowerment.
