Why Work for Proteus?
Proteus’ employees are our most valued assets. Proteus provides a comprehensive benefits program designed to help and support our employees during many different times in their life - such as illness, childbirth, and retirement. Our aim is that these programs will provide our employees with financial support and time away from work, enabling them to balance their work and family responsibilities with peace of mind.
Proteus is proud to offer a PPO medical plan that gives our employees the option to choose their own providers. Our plan offers a wide range of medical and preventive care services to meet the employees’ medical care needs. Dependent medical coverage is available at a reasonable, additional cost. Prescription coverage is also included, and a “mail-in” prescription plan is available for maintenance drugs to save even more money.
To supplement the various personal needs of employees, different insurance plans are available to purchase, such as disability, cancer, critical illness, accident, and GAP insurance. Our insurance broker will answer their questions and help them find the plans(s) and peace of mind for their own situations.
