Avenal High School Students Explore Career Pathways at William M. Maguy School

On Wednesday, January 28th, 22 students from Avenal High School visited the William M. Maguy School to explore post-graduation educational opportunities! As these students prepare to graduate, they are discovering the many paths available beyond traditional college.

During their visit, students toured our Truck Driving and Sustainable Energy Efficiency Development (SEED) programs, gaining a firsthand look at hands-on, career-focused training. The tour was arranged after Avenal High School staff reached out in October, specifically to provide students interested in non-traditional education options a chance to see our programs.

Several students left their contact information, planning to return after graduation to take advantage of SEED’s no-cost training. Others expressed interest in visiting the local Hanford Service Center for further guidance and support.

At Proteus, we understand that education looks different for everyone, and we are proud to offer opportunities for students exploring alternatives to traditional college paths.
