This month, we are proud to recognize Julissa Chavez, Porterville Employee Service Representative, as our spotlight award winner. Julissa has dedicated 18 years of service, supporting customers in a variety of roles. Most recently, she worked as a Health Educator with the Association of Farmworker Opportunity Programs, meeting farmworkers in the fields to teach heat safety and pesticide poisoning prevention.
In her current role, Julissa continues to excel, helping numerous customers enroll in training programs and secure job placements. Her dedication, hard work, and commitment to the community make her a standout member of the team.
